Polish Sausage Vegetable Pasta Dish

1 package bow tie noodles
4 Links of Polish or Smoked sausage
4 cups fresh broccoli (chopped)
3-4 peeled and thinly sliced carrots
2 tsp. onion powder (of 1 small onion)
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. garlic powder (or 2 cloves of fresh)
1 cup Italian Dressing

Boil noodles and drain. While noodles are cooking: Pour olive oil in large skillet. Add broccoli, onion, carrots, garlic, and sausage. Cook until vegetables are tender. Add Vegetables and sausage mixture to noodles in large bowl. Stir in dressing. Top with Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve warm or chilled.

This dish was a huge hit with my family. It's light and refreshing. A side of garlic bread adds a nice touch.
